Organon
for
event
organisers

The concept of event is very broad and can cover many types of events: shows, concerts, congresses, festivals, theatres, conferences, symposiums, cinemas, exhibitions, drink parties, dinners, parties, etc.

Organon offers you a complete management and communication of your events, whatever the type. Better still, it allows you to manage one-off events as well as groups of events such as festivals or congresses.

Organon for Event Organisers

Organon allows you to manage

    • one-off events, such as a conference
    • events repeated over time: for example, theatre performances
    • events that are broken down into multiple sub-events taking place over several days and in various locations: a festival or a congress, for example

Your events and sub-events can be classified by category, i.e. by means of a tree structure which you yourself determine. The same event or sub-event can be assigned an unlimited number of categories.

An event can have different statuses:

    • optional
    • confirmed
    • extended
    • cancelled

Seat reservations are published from a reservation start date to a reservation end date, also with a no-penalty cancellation deadline. Subscription management is also possible.

Organon manages the possible multilingualism of your events.

Each event has its own variable price scale depending on the audience concerned. Discounts and promotions can be managed.

Organon publishes the calendar of your events, and for each event, the full programme. Documents, which can be viewed or downloaded, can be published together.

Reservations can be open access or restricted to a target audience, or even by invitation. Organon manages the confirmation of reservations, cancellations of reservations, reminders of participation by e-mail or text messages.

Organon integrates online payment of reservations and automatic invoicing if desired.
