centres
Moving from information to knowledge means moving from information to training.
In a constantly changing and increasingly complex world, initial or continuing training has become a necessity and in some cases an obligation.
Organon for Training Centres takes care of the complete management of your training courses, from the identification of participants and lecturers, to the management of certificates and credits/points.
Organon for Training Centres
Organon manages both one-off training courses and training cycles that can take place over several days and in several locations.
Organon identifies all stakeholders:
- training organisations
- trainers, lecturers, facilitators, etc.
- managers and validators responsible for approving courses
- sponsors and partners
- participants
A course can include an unlimited number of training organisations, trainers, validators and participants. For the latter, however, Organon makes it possible to manage a minimum and maximum number of participants.
Your training courses can be classified by category, i.e. by means of a tree classification plan whose content you determine yourself. A single course can be assigned an unlimited number of categories.
Your training courses can be conducted in person or remotely (webinars).
Registrations are published from a registration start date to a registration end date, with a deadline for no-penalty cancellation.
Registration for training courses can be open access or reserved for a target audience, or even by invitation. Organon manages registration confirmations, registration cancellations and participation reminders by e-mail or text messages. On the day of the event, Organon registers the actual participants and produces the certificates of participation.
Organon manages unilingual and multilingual training courses.
Organon manages the planning of your training courses in time and space (reservation of premises).
In the case of chargeable training courses, Organon offers you the possibility of registering different prices for different audiences. In this case, online registrations are combined with an online payment system with automatic invoicing.
Organon publishes the agenda of your training courses, and for each course, the speakers, partners and/or sponsors, the programme, the documents related to the course and, if desired, the list of people already registered.
In addition to certificates of attendance, Organon can also manage the certification and accounting of credits/points awarded to a participant for each course attended.
Organon records the number of credits/points to which the participant is entitled for each course. Each participant therefore has a personal credits/points account. This account can be used per period and thus define a number of credits/points to be earned per period. The system also manages the possible carry-over of credits/points obtained or credits/points to be earned.
Participation in training courses or the credit/points system can be subject to automatic or semi-automatic certification.
